I purchased this microwave to replace the older model it replaced. This replacement model doesn't have the same power as the previous model and doesn't cook as well. It's overpriced for the features included.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall easy to use. One issue is black border on door. When looking inside the black border makes it difficult if you are short.

We love this purchase! Super quiet operation and the vent fan is so quiet my husband keeps asking me if it’s on! The sleek handless door front blends in so nicely with our cabinetry I don’t think I’ll ever purchase another microwave with a handle. Also enjoy that when food is finished there is a just a quiet single beep not a repeat alarm going off.

So far so good installed back in Dec. 2022. It’s much nicer than are old Samsung one. Love all the new features and conveniences of this up to date model.

Interior lighting too dim to monitor food.
Front control panel not lighted-can't read it without turning on a kitchen light.

Easy to install and use

I would give it 5 stars if light was LED under unit. The Halogen gets hot, like will heat up inside of unit if left on past 15 min.
