Very Pleased with our Replacement Microwave

We replaced our previous GE Microwave with this updated model. Our previous GE model lasted over 17 years, & was actually still working, when we decided to replace it. This new model fit perfectly in the same spot, and we are very pleased with its overall operation. It is easy to use and is very similar to our older model. I particularly like the venting operation and the no handle design. (Our previous model had a vent that opened & closed.)

Functions are good. Appearance is very pleasing. The stove light could be a little brighter white. Would help with cooking on the stovetop.

2 years DEAD to the WORLD

After only 2 years of use, DEAD to the WORLD….ran continuity test on all the fuses and thermostats…all checked out fine, door switches all work…just DEAD.

Not working for a second time

We had to change the thermoprotector already, and it worked for a few months and now it's out again. It's a 2020 ge profile modle but we didn't install it til like may 2021. It is not used heavily. Just to warm leftovers. Ugh so so aggravated.

All Is good, GE product purchased in the fame timeframe should look similar. They do not. All these are profile series. MW clock is extra bright and can't be adjusted.

Expense garbage - trips breaker, died

Unit is less than 3 years old. Randomly trips the breaker, today it never came back on. Electrical/breakers tested without issues, something is wrong with this microwave as many people report the exact same problem. I don't know if this is repairable.
