I bought this product in September 2018 , now is June 2023 and have a lot with trouble with this microwave , stay away from it , it’s poor quality. Have electrical issues and very expensive to fix . I would not recommend this to anyone.

Great Upgrade!

We had the previous GE model microwave for at least 8 years of of good use and replaced it with this upgraded model and look forward to several more years of good use to come. the features are very convenient and easy to use.

Intuitive to use and looks great. Only negatives are the door is a little long, and I can’t get it to connect to my range the way it’s supposed too. Doesn’t affect functionality at though.

Bought in 2018. Dead in 2023.

We bought this in 2018. Worked fine up until a month ago. We couldn't close the door or it would automatically turn on. We had an extended warranty. They fixed this problem. Shortly after the repair, it just stopped working altogether. The company we had the extended warranty with did not even attempt to come out a 2nd time and wrote us a check to buy a new one. For the original price we paid back in 2018, disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dead after 2 years!!

I had to replace the Microwave within a few months and GE replaced it completely with a new one. And now it's been 2 years since the replacement and the same issue happened. The Microwave just stopped working and started to Short Circuit over and over again on it's own.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
