Works great. Only negative is that I have to press hard to initiate cooking time.

Broke down twice within two years. Not good.

We've outfitted two houses with GE Profile appliances and have been happy with the quality and performance; however, this microwave has given us nothing but trouble. It failed within one year due to the magnetron. Fortunatley, it was under warranty and got it repaired. Unfortunately, the service was only warranted for 6 months and it failed again about a year after, so now we have to pay through the nose to get it fixed. I'm so disappointed. When we have to replace our appliances we'll be looking at other brands. This experience has left a sour taste in our mouths. Zero stars for this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this microwave to accompany my new range and replace the older over the range microwave. I've only had it a few weeks, but I love it so far and love the newer features. I'm not usually interested in wifi features, but this microwave connects to my range via bluetooth. When I set the clock on the stove after a power outage, this microwave syncs with it. Seems like a simple thing, but it makes me happy. Great microwave!

Good functions, but narrow window

Cooking functions, speed of cooking time and ease of use good. The door window is too narrow (black surround on bottom) as an over the counter model; as a shorter person cannot see the contents in the microwave without standing on a stool.

Great product this far. It does show fingerprints but that is true of all stainless appliances. Cooking wise it is doing exactly what is expected
