Design to fail and have maintenance and service.

Two year old not working and not under warranty. Either 20amp fuse blown or door sensor not working. Need to take microwave off bracket to get to fuse. GE did this intentionally.

Overall we love microwave and it works fine. The only issue that I see is that the light inside the microwave is very dim. My contrast the light on the underside that would shine on the stove gets super hot. Other than that the controls are fantastic and the look of the front of the microwave is nice and sleek.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the sleek look and the features. Did not love how the inside was so dark and when the unit runs there is a rattling noise which is very irritating, I actually have to hold/push up on the right corner of the microwave to get it to stop.
