I love the microwave, it does the job only thing I do not like about it is the fan automatically comes on when it feels it needs it when in use but you can't turn it off your stuck listening to the fan until it goes off.

Only had it a couple months, works well so far. I find with the touch pad I need to push harder to select options...can't see inside well, while cooking, and is louder than my last GE Profile OTR Microwave, those are things I dont like. I do enjoy the sleeker look and no handle.I expect good performance from it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Installers were just great. Cleaned up after installation. Product looks great. First Microwave lasted 11yrs with no problems.
