Under cabinet microwave oven.

We love the microwave oven, but not the light that comes under it! It is a halogen bulb and not an LED bulb. If you leave it on even at the low setting, the whole unit heats up very hot. This appears to be a safety issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We want to help with your GE Appliances microwave. With over-the-range microwaves, if the cooktop lights are left on full power for prolonged periods, the oven cavity floor will become hot to the touch. This is normal, and no cause for concern.

I like it very much and it fit my already existing opening on the wall! That was a major plus! However, I miss an exhaust fan under the microwave to pull steam from the stove.

Got this microwave to replace a 22 year old one. It fit perfectly into the space between the cabinets, syncs up with the matching range and easy to operate. Unlike most, this model has the control buttons along the bottom and since my wife is a little short, it makes it much easier for her to read and press the right buttons. Love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The reason I had to deduct a star is because the buttons are typical buttons that require a serious "push" to register that they've been pushed. It makes me unsure about the longevity of the appearance of the controls panel since significant pushing force is required every time the microwave is used.
I would recommend this to a friend!
