This product is as described. It is very high powered and 60 seconds will heat a cup of water so hot that you would have to put an ice cube in it to drink it. I have not used all of the features as of yet. So far, I do not have any complaints and am very satisfied with this purchase.

It's fine but not amazing

It's a decent microwave. Quite slick looking. I don't like that it doesn't have air fry capabilites and I didn't realize it wasn't as smart as some of the other appliances. Also the buttons require a harder press then you would think so it gets dirty fingerprints very easily. Our ovens touch screen is much lighter touch. Regardless, it does it's job but I should have sprung for a higher wattage with more options.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sleek looking, loud running

Requires too much pressure

The touch sensitive controls on the control panel require an unusual amount of pressure. Often needing several efforts of increasing pressure to activate the control. Everything else is fine.

We are more than happy to provide guidance with your new microwave. It is not abnormal to have to apply a bit more pressure than normal to your control panel when the appliance is new. The buttons will loosen up and be easier to engage with more use.
