So far so good. Heats items real fast.
The touch buttons has to be pressed very firmly. It is not touch sensitive.

Works as advertised but the interior and exterior lights are too dim and the touch controls often require several pushes before they respond.

We'd like to help you with the dim lights. The light can be increased by pressing the SURFACE LIGHT once for low light, twice for high light or a third time to turn the light off.
