The microwave is top notch! We love the sleek handle-less look and having all the buttons on the bottom is great for the shorter ones.

Had to buy a new one!

After only 6 years this unit stopped working - tech couldn't fix so we had to buy a new one! Also, cheap plastic parts around inner frame kept breaking. If this one breaks we will probably look at other brands next time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor door design

Door much larger than it should be, presenting a constant annoyance and potential hazard. So, one must “step back” when opening and closing the door, which is awkward, especially when inserting or removing food items.

Very happy with this microwave. We use it for basic warmups, some veggie sensor cooking ( fresh and frozen), popcorn (our own loose, not prepackaged), other timed cooking we set. The popcorn has taken some trial and error but it does best using the popcorn selection. The display is large and bright, readable from 10 feet away across the kitchen. Selector buttons take a bit of force, not pure touch. Nothing major just another learning needed. All in all a great advance over our prior unit.
