Poorly thought out functions

Thr microwave is nice to look at. The buttons are hard to push, the vents fall out every time someone closes the microver door. Feature are not as good as I would want such as steaming function (only vegetable and rice). The defrost feature only allows fro weight or time and overcooks the food. For GE profile to be more high quality. I surely dont feel that way
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In regards to the defrost mode overcooking food, we recommend making sure to turn the food over at the proper time. Good review... microwave functions work

The lighting in the microwave is dark... In addition, the oversized large BLACK window and the dark lighting make it difficult to look at food/beverages being heated in the microwave.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The microwave should have a handle, like my previous GE Profile microwave. I have to make sure that it does not hit my head.
The buttons are very hard to push.
It heats properly, but I wish that I was aware of these issues before my purchase.

Smooth and Sleek Look

I like that there is no handle, giving it a smooth, sleek front. The inside is very spacious and power level is just right. The controls are a bit hard to push so you must use some force. I fear that with time that will cause the plastic to crack. The main complaint I have is the surface light. It gets so hot that the inside of the microwave also heats up. Other than that I really like my new microwave.
