Louder than expected

Regarding the venting, there are multiple fan options if you prefer to adjust that. You can press once for low fan speed, twice for medium, three times for high, four times for boost and five times to turn it off.

LOUD

Very unhappy with how loud this microwave runs. We had purchased a cheaper GE model in 2021 and the volume on that microwave was so much quieter. Every time we run this new GE Profile microwave my husband says " it sounds like his 50 year old welder". For a microwave that is so state of the art, not much thought was put in to the sound suppression.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you’d like to reduce the sound from the vent fan, that can be adjusted by pressing once for low fan speed, twice for medium fan speed, three times for high, four times for boost speed and five times to turn the fan off.

Sleek look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a microwave user is general but this seems to be way too powerful. Reheat option makes food way too hot. My husband used the cook time method and it burnt up his food. Maybe we need a lesson in microwave cooking. We like the sleek look.

We'd like to provide some information on cooking with this microwave. The Sensor features detect the increasing humidity released during cooking. The oven automatically adjusts the cooking time to various types and amounts of food. Please don't use the Sensor features twice in succession on the same food portion—it may result in severely overcooked or burnt food.
