[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buttons are extremely hard to press to the point that the microwave times out what numbers have been entered. The baked potato feature doesn’t completely bake the potato.

We recommend disconnecting the microwave from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting, to reset it. This was a replacement for our older GE Profile over the range microwave unit. The new unit has a larger capacity and a new look. It seems to be working great.

Great Microwave!

It has some new features that I like and heats food really well. This microwaves looks awesome and we’ve gotten a few compliments on it already. I want to get the matching oven soon.
