Love our new microwave and the sleek design is a great improvement in our kitchen. It also syncs with our oven and the clocks, as well as lights turn on when burners turn on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good size, not strong enough venting

I like the look and size of the microwave. Easy to use, however the over the range vent is not as strong as my previous microwave. Unhappy with the vent, even on high. We have had this for 3 months now so there were many opportunities to use different vent settings. I purchased this particular model because it showed the highest grade vent capacity. Disappointing

The microwave suddenly stopped working so I had an electrician come to see what the problem was. The problem is the microwave itself. In lieu of spending more money on an appliance repair person who may or may not be able to fix the problem I will need to get a new microwave. This microwave should have lasted longer, particularly as it did not get used frequently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

replaced parts multiple times— keeps breaking

We have replaced the door switch at least 8 times in the last year. It works great for 2-6 weeks before it blows and keeps tripping the breaker. We have replaced all of the switches, the breaker, the outlet thinking maybe it’s something else and not the microwave. nope. still doesn’t work. super disappointed because we spent a lot on this microwave and I really love the look of it.

The capacity is not what's advertised

Had same item and because of problems gave it another try. Unfortunately, what I received seems from outside the same but instead of a 2.1 cu ft cavity it only came with a 1.375 cu ft cavity. Product specs on web page: Total Capacity (cubic feet) 2.1 cu ft Cavity (W x H x D) 23-5/32 x 10-5/32 x 15-3/16. What I got is (W x H x D) 19 x 9.25 x 13.5 Total Capacity (cubic feet) = 1.373 cu ft. Not what was advertised and cannot be returned/exchanged.
