Looks great but too large

Very modern clean design, but this model is ~3/4" deeper AND taller, so it can really cut into the cooking space above the range. With the full width door (concealed handle) it is also more awkward to use. Ended up exchanging for the 9215.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice product but TERRIBLE installation instruction

WARNING for those who self-install. The bracket that comes with this oven is NOT the same as depicted in the instructions that are in the box nor on the template that GE provides. Therefore, the holes you must drill will NOT be in the right place for mounting. If you are replacing your GE OTR microwave with this one, it might be a totally different bracket on your old one vs this new one and if so, you will not be able to use it.

Love sleek new look

We bought this almost a month ago. As our old one decided to stop working on Thanksgiving. Love it, the sleek new look & easy to use selection pad at the bottom. Which was one of our key selling points as our young daughters are able to reach the pad to cook their favorite snack "popcorn". The only con so far was with installing it, as the template wasn't accurate for the wholes to drill for the screws.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The microwave is roomy, easy to use interface, the power is great, warms things in a short period of time with even heating. The fan is loud but similar to every other microwave. Easy to install.
