Have only had a for a few months but no issues. Very sleek looking without the handle in front (makes it look much larger than other microwaves). Cooks quietly and exhaust is strong. Only minor feature is lots of steps to press cook time in manually rather than hit the quick cook buttons. All in all very nice microwave.

I bought it because it paired with the range I had bought. They look so nice together. The performance is amazing...since it replaced one that was 25 years old. I had forgotten how important efficiency was!
