This is an overall good product, it heats the food quickly and evenly. Love the sleek, modern look. The only improvement would be a lighted display panel. I would definitely recommend it.

We have had it for 5 months. Replaced a expensive microwave where the plastic broke, new plastic was about same price as this microwave.
After installing was surprised how quiet and sleek it is.

Works well & easy to learn how to use. Nice sleek look without handle. Nice features, although I miss the soften/melt & reheat/beverage options. Would give 5 stars if the interior light was a little brighter so you can see food cooking & prevent boil overs. Also, please provide a printed owners manual.
