Hard to Install

Overall, I like the Microwave, but I installed it myself, and the template left a lot to be desired. The marking showing where the wall would be, had the arrow pointed at the second line on the back of the template, now I have always use the arrow as the point of where the object was to be, so I folded the template at the arrow and when it came time to hang the Microwave of course my holes in the top of the cabinets where a 1/4 to far back, so now rather than a good clean install, I have finder washers, but at least they don't show except to me every time I open the cabinet.
Also the Vent, there should be some way that they can make the vent openning adjustable from right to left. Of course the place I have my vent just happens to be where a wall stud is so it was a big pain making a 90 degree turn in the cabinets then out the wall.

We have used our new microwave for just over a month and love how quiet it is! The ventilation is also great and so much more powerful than we were used to. I highly recommend this microwave.

Streamline Look and Modern Features

So far so good! Upgraded from 9 year old GE appliances that the builder installed in the home. These are a huge upgrade - almost went with a different brand but having lived and used GE problem free for 9 years its hard to switch. I really like that there is no handle to minimize finger prints and easy to read controls are on the bottom. This microwave is easy to use with Chef Connect and the dual under-mount lights are great! Thanks GE for a modern update the kitchen workhorse - looking forward to another 9+ years of trouble-free performance!

Recently purchased and love the product. Sharp looking and works well. Very quiet compared to my builder quality microwave it replaced. Just a little difficulty getting the included top mounting guide to line up (maybe make it out of a more rigid type of material) when placing it on the top of cabinets. Overall a good investment.
