We bought this recently as a replacement. I was more interested in the decibals rating because I didn't want it to be too loud. This dishwasher has all the bells & whistles and runs fairly quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does not work as I expected

Dishes do NOT get clean. It takes TOO LONG to run the cycle, 2-1/2 hours. I have to wash the dishes before I put them in the dishwasher. Not acceptable!

Cleans well, quiet. If not using heat dry, need to leave open after done to air dry.

Hard to load efficiently; washes quite well

Decent features for a a dishwater with a ow purchase price, but the racks are not well laid out and it is much more difficult to load efficiently than the competitor's dishwasher it replaced. Tines are too close together and the available space is not well used. Needs more and better holders for silverware. If it had decent racks (an easy fix for GE) this would be a very good buy.

Although it cleans the dishes, it is very loud, cycles take hours, and the movable parts on the inside are pretty flimsy. And there's no option to turn the high pitched dings of the buttons off. Doesn't do well with liquid detergent, have to buy the more expensive capsules.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
