As soon as the 1 year warranty expired this unit quit working. The panel on the front has quit working. We have checked all the obvious (blown breaker, and what not) and now we have to assume it is the actual unit. I rinse the dishes thoroughly and they still come out dirty. Using the heated dry is a waste of electricity since the dishes are always wet and the cycle times are longer than any dishwasher I have ever used. We cannot run it at night for fear it will still be running when our water softener cycles. More often then not the Cascade Tabs will have leftover residue in the detergent cup. Funny thing is that theses are all common complaints. So now we are trying to decide if we want to repair it or just cut our loses and buy a new one by a different manufacturer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my new dish washer. The silverware holder is on the door.there are water jets everywhere, top, bottom, middle. I don't have to wash the dishes first.

Dissapointed in the style of dishwasher. It may have been how it was installed, but it never seems securely shut when washing. Also, where he soap goes in has leaked already and it is only 3 months old. Soap never made it to the dishes and wound up down the inside of the machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good dishwasher, only one downfall

This is a very good dishwasher that has done very well since we installed it. Only downfall is it takes forever to run a cycle of dishes.

I bought this to replace a 13 year old dishwasher that was slowly deteriorating. So glad we chose this particular model because the silverware basket can be placed on the door for added space for dishes.

Multiple attempts to fix a loud vibration in the drain pump have failed. The poorly designed front silverware basket, even carefully loaded, sometimes prevents the soap dispenses from opening, resulting in dirty dishes with food baked on by the heated drying. This is an awful dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
