I bought this a few weeks ago. I was nervous because it did not have a rinse "arm" above the top rack, however it does have a spray nozzle. Also some reviews said it would be loud, but it isn't. It cleans dishes and glasses as well as any other machine. And it holds a lot more than I thought it would

This dishwasher was installed on September 28, 2016. On October 17th the top arm that sprays under the cups was laying on top of the plates in the bottom rack. Fortunately the dishwasher wasn't running when the arm fell. Unfortunately, the dishwasher is still broken and waiting for a part as of November 6th. So, in the short time we have owned the dishwasher, it has been broken longer than it has worked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
