I got this a few months ago had the same dishwasher for 11 years and it gave out. I like this one a lot!

The computer component has been replaced twice in the short time I have had it. I think it has been out of commission about as much as It has been in use.

Small interior and drying feature doesn't dry

I am surprised that the interior of this dishwasher is so much smaller than my previous. However, it is quiet so maybe it has more insulation that makes it smaller inside. The heated dry feature does not dry everything. The silverware still needs to be dried. And if I stood the silver up in the little slots it did not get cleaned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Biggest problem is that after using the dryer selection..............some of the dishes are still damp or wet. Also I do not like the way the way the knives and forks are lused in the basket

does the job quietly

hard to get excited about a dishwasher -- owning a new one is not a life changing experience. But now i don't have to rinse food off, and i can load it incrementally over a couple of days and still it cleans better than the old--really old--one. it dries enough with out extra heat if you open the door and wait half a day to empty it, plus it runs quietly enough to watch TV in the next room. This model is not landlord cheap not kitchen snob pricey and only 3 months old, so time will tell if it is a good purchase.
