Poor Rack Design

We have had this for a few months now. From the beginning we thought that this dishwasher has a very small loading capacity given the rack lay out. The top rack has no way for tall glasses from tipping over. The bottom rack as a staggered layout and neither big plates or small plates fit properly. Bread plates fit fine. We have had no issues with how this cleans our dishes as long as we dont try to load it like our old gold series!

Love my new dishwasher

We bought this a few months ago when our other dishwasher died on us! It's quiet & does a wonderful job getting those dirty dishes clean.

The model on display at the store seemed sturdier than mine. The racks seem rather flimsy and the silverware trays need more dividers. I wish I had spent the extra money and gotten a better quality model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Cleaning Value

Cleans very well. Quiet with plenty of space for all of our dishes. The silverware holder is not as convenient to remove and replace as our last GE, but it allows for good cleaning of the silverware.

My two cents

I have been using the dishwasher for a couple months now and it washes the dishes as expected and I like that. It replaced an older GE dishwasher that lasted 20 years. The only thing I HATE about this new dishwasher is the placement of the utensil holder on the door. With its placement, the forks get stuck to the bottom pullout rack. One of these days I can see it ripping the coating off the rack and it starting to rust. Good idea to give extra space but the holder is not deep enough into the door.

Purchased about two months ago....it cleans the dishes well but the door feels so flimsy and is difficult to close. I really don't like the silverware in the door...awkward.
