Silly me thought all dishwashers were the same size. This dishwasher fit the same size opening that my old one came out of, BUT, inside it is smaller. I never in a million years would have thought to measure the size of my old racks. Now I can't put a dinner plate and a cereal bowl side by side. They don't fit !!! I put the silverware holder on the door to save space (a nice feature) and to give me more room for dishes. This washer does take a long time to run as some people noted in thier reviews, BUT as long as I am not washing them I really don't care how long the machine takes. The dishes come out clean and I like that I can do a "no heat dry." Plus I wanted the sanitize feature to clean pet bowls. I am very happy with everything but the interior size. So, as long as you know what you are getting, I would recommend this dishwasher.

I purchase this because I like the feature that it vents out the steam and the different settings. What I did not realize was that the storage rack design sucks. The plastic seems flimsy and the container for the utensils has limited space. There is no space for big spatulas, big knives, or big utensils. They have to be layed down. Now and then when I wash and put the soap packages they are not fully used and some residue is left over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
