Heated Dry didn't

Only one wash cycle, but there was a great deal of water left in the machine after heated dry, including puddles in the bottom of the machine

Had this dishwasher installed in our new home. It's just ok. Looks fine once fingerprints are wiped off. Plastic on the inside door feels a little cheap. The one thing we're really bugged about is that even with the "heated dry" setting, dishes still have water on them, so we have to take a dry towel to them before putting away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
