Doesn't Clean Well and is LOUD

We bought this dishwasher along with the entire GE Profile series for our kitchen. The dishwasher has a plastic interior, is loud and doesn't get the silverware clean. My old dishwasher could clean twice the dishes in one load. I have to run this one about 1/2 full in order for everything to get clean. I do like the slate exterior color and the ease of cleaning the exterior.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hate/Love this machine

Was unable to view the machine before purchase. All I had to go by was a photo.
It had to be shipped in.
Had I been able to look at it, I would have purchased a different model.
While the machine itself is every bit as reliable as the GE I owned over 30 years ago, it does have a few features that make it difficult to use.
First, the interior is grey. Really hard to see inside without pulling both trays out. Second. The top tray rack rows are too close together. Mugs and tumblers don't fit without straddling uprights, and that leads to broken or cracked glassware.
The bottom racks do not allow placing pots or pans in any reasonable pattern without all of them falling over. Also, the roller system on the bottom rack is very flimsy and will not stay on the track. If you pull the rack out far enough to get the plates at the back out, the entire rack ends up sliding off the track and when you try to replace it, it catches on a rubbery lip and pulls it away from the bottom of the door. Not sure how long that is going to last.
Basically, I traded a machine that was wonderful for dish placement but no good at washing dishes for one that washes the dishes the way it should, but is extremely difficult to load unless you plan on doing dishes in one load and pots and pans in another.
Another thing that needs attention are the under counter support brackets. They do not fit as instructions show. We had to actually cut part of the plastic supports off the door in order to install the brackets. My installer couldn't believe it. Just shook his head.
This machine is extremely quiet. Does a great job of washing dishes. If I could find a different rack system for the bottom, I would be satisfied. I have always preferred GE dishwashers.
I have used this machine for several months. No plumbing or electrical or system problems. It is well constructed, nothing flimsy about it, with the exception of the racks-- the clean-out system on the bottom of the machine is outstanding. I also like the door latch system. No handles to push, pull or raise. Just pull the door open.
Had to replace the latch system on the last machine twice and the third time, I said that's it, I'm going back to GE.
It had to be shipped in.

terrible product

bought this product in January, It leaks all over. have been doing dishes by hand now for 5 months. service came out and replaced the door seal, that fixed the leak for about two weeks. now leaking again. the machine is also loud, and getting louder. started off with an annoying hooting noise, that has since turned into a loud grinding noise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
