Bought this dishwasher 2 wks ago. Very quiet. I only give it 4 stars because I've only had it for 2 wks. If it holds up for a few yrs then it would get 10 stars. For the $$$ you can't beat it...so far.

No way to monitor progress of cycles.

Very quiet, and I like the wash brackets for stemware. However, there is no way to monitor progress of the cycles, which was available on my last dishwasher. Miss this feature.

I bought the same dishwasher 2 years ago. The motor went out 2 weeks before Christmas. They said the part was 3 weeks backed up. Which meant I had to wait until January. No way. So I had to buy a new one. It is in and running fine except it takes 3 hours for the wash cycle. I will never buy another one that takes so long to clean the dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
