Sparkling clean!

This was bought as a gift for me 3 months ago and I couldn't be happier! My dishes are always sparkling clean, with no streaks or residue. The removable baskets make it very versatile and easy to fit all my dishes together, even large pans and dishes. It is also very energy efficient. My water bill has went down since I started using it. I would definitely recommend this appliance to other busy families!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Leaks profusely sometimes.

I only had this machine 3 months and it leaks sometimes but not always. Afraid to run it when I am not right in the kitchen making sure it does not run water on new floors.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Installed Friday, we ran 2 test cycles to check it out. Tried to do a actual load Saturday morning, would not start finally the control panel went dark. completely non operational!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Upgrade

My husband and myself are not impulse buyers so it took us 3 months to decided on this model after all the searching on dishwashers this model was the right one for us at a good price

Not as good a advertised

Worked fine for about 2 weeks and then started making a loud screeching sound like a bearing or bushing binding. Water pump was replaced under warranty and it worked ok for about another week and started screeching again. Service tech came again, and ordered another pump(s) Both pumps were replaced and so far, after three service calls, the dishwasher is operating OK. This dishwasher was purchased based on prior experience with GE appliances, always was satisified with your products. However my wife states we will not buy GE Again based on the quality of this GE appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

With excitement, we purchased this dishwasher and had it professionally installed in Jan 2017. Even with the heat option, the dishes never dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
