Overall I'm satisfied with this product. It's spacious and cleans very well. Very silent. Good selection of services. It's good being able to lock controls. Just can't see very well when it's time to complete the rinse aid, and when I do it, it's hard not to spill the liquid out of the the right spot. I always end up wasting the product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good quality appliance . The only thing I would change is the flat ware rack. The sections are to big. Some spoons can even fall down flat.

Easy install & Quieter than I expected

I installed this dishwasher about six weeks ago. The controls are easy to understand and the noise level is much lower than the rating implies.

I think I might have defective product

Bought new home built by Providence builders and this was dishwasher provided. I have tried various options suggested in owner's manual but dishes are not clean. (Butter remains on knives.) I run hot water to start, use boost, heated dry. Everytime I find cold water all over everything and lots of food stains. My guess is heating element not working. Totally unsatisfactory.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a new house. So this dish washer came with the house. It is much better one than the one we bought 14 years ago. Very quiet. But somehow it took a bit long to finish washing the load.
