Doesn’t clean dishes well unless precleaned.
Electronics broke in first 24 months.
Buy Samsung... not this junk

Worked ok the first couple years, then rusted out, despite normal use and maintenance. Not happy with it.

This unit was included with our new townhouse in 2017. It’s stopped working twice and the repairs are not cheap. Not reliable.

Did it's job, but RIP

I bought this to replace my 20+ year old champion of a GE dishwasher. I loved the original one, it was quiet and took 2 hours.
Reading the reviews, i understand the problems I'm having are not uncommon, however, I managed to get a solid 5 years out of this dishwasher. My racks began to noticeably rust a few months ago and I was about to order new ones, but today I can't start my dishwasher. I'm not even going to bother to try to have it repaired and replace the racks.
I'm super bummed. GE just doesn't make them like they used to. :/

4 years old barely used and now no power

Owned for 4.5 years. No longer has any power. About 3 months ago machine would just have lights go on and then turn off. Barely used as I am single and usually hand wash most items. Looks perfect but now useless to me.

It seems this is common issue based on other reviews. It´s a shame so poor quality.

Was a great dishwasher for a few years.....

We bought this dishwasher from best buy in 2018. Had to have the top rack replaced like a year or two later, luckily we got it replaced under geek squad. Now I need my bottom rack replaced, a bunch of broken and rusted teeth and our geek squad expired last month so we have to pay out of pocket to get it replaced. The gasket around the door has been looking ragged since we got the top rack replaced but we were told it wasn't covered under the warranty unless it was leaking. We use liquid detergent and sometimes there's leaked detergent on the door and still in the dispenser so I have to wash the dishes twice. This is ridiculous, we really liked this dishwasher and GE is supposed to be a trusted brand and this is really disappointing.

Bad control panel

We’ve had the dishwasher for almost 5 years and worked well until the last year or so when the control panel started going out. On our second control panel replacement with a machine that I pretty much have to put the objects in spotless to essentially just sanitize the dishes
