Well I've never had a dishwasher before until now. It takes forever to wash the dishes and doesn't dry them. After a few hours I'll open it up to put away my dishes and they're still soaking wet. This product came with my new home, I didn't get a choice in picking the brand or anything else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am disappointed that occasionally the soap dispenser does not work properly and some of the soap stays inside.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased the item in January 2018 so we a still getting use to its features. So far so good. Not exactly excited with the silverware holder. When silver items are stuck in a black holder and reflecting black on the silver item, it becomes difficult finding a empty hole. The silverware holders have been replaced.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very quiet & progressive features. Love the multiple settings. Don't like the curve in the racks & low reach, otherwise everything is great.
