Pleasantly surprised

This is my first GE dishwasher, it replaced a 13 year old other brand high end dishwasher that was a powerhouse and not under the new energy & water saving requirements. I needed the color bisque to match my other appliances, I always buy American made, I had a small depth requirement in inches because it would be located in a corner, and all that narrowed down my choices considerably. I was wary of buying a simpler model with plastic tub and the new low energy & water requirements. I do a LOT of canning and needed one that could handle a big work load. But, I am very happy with how well this one washes and it washes up to 4 loads a day right now. It does take longer to wash a load depending on the settings selected, but I can do a simple light load in under an hour. It doesn't dry the dishes quite as well as my old one, but it does a good job. It is quiet! We can barely hear it 10 feet away. The one feature I miss is 'quick rinse'. The online description of this dishwasher is accurate. This is a very nice looking dishwasher and fit perfectly with my other appliances.

Love GE products. This dishwasher is very well built. Bought the dishwasher a month ago to replace our GE dishwasher. Wew got 14 great years out of it. We have run our new Dishwasher almost everyday i installed it. no complaints?!Installation was simple.

Inside racks to small, can’t fit very many dishes.

Installed on 8/4/2018. Run a load and it took 2 1/2 hours on normal cycle. Not very energy efficient if it takes that long to run. Wish I had never purchased this dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
