POOR PERFORMANCE

Does poor job of cleaning cups and silverware. NO "sani" option for water temp on light cycle (one of the key reasons I purchased...sales people said it had it but it doesn't!). Poor design of silverware baskets..blocks soap dispenser. Soap dispenser is to small...does not hold enough liquid soap to get dishes clean. Cycles much too long...50 min. for light, about 2 hours for regular, have not dared to start the heavy cycle for fear of taking all day! Overall very disappointed with this unit...I have a 28 year old GE at another location... takes less than 45 minutes and gets everything clean. I replaced a 30 year old competitor unit (which worked fine but baskets rusted but always got dishes spotless and had "sani" cycle on light wash) with the new GE and have been very disappointed with the poor results. It is quiet but so is no dishwasher!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

NICE DISH WASHER LOVE THE STEAM FEATURE AND OTHERS SAME AS MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE MODELS/MANUFACTURES.

Loud, doesn't wash well, not worth the purchase

I bought this several months ago and have given it fair chance, but wish I would have asked for a refund. It is terrible. We have tried every wash option, every dry option, many different kinds of detergents- nothing works to clean well. You have to have clean dishes inserted in order for them to end clean. Also, it is SOOO loud and takes FOREVER.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
