We had a GE dishwasher before this one & it looked like it was the same but the racks inside were not made to fit normal dishes. It takes 2 spots for on bowl etc. When you pull the bottom rack out it fall off to the side as there is no guide to keep it on the door. It doesn't dry good. It is quite.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought the end of May. Had previous GE dishwasher for 15 yrs and not one service call Decided to try them again. I don't know why my silverware basket is always wet. The dishes come out clean and dry; but not the silverware. Never had this with the other GE I had.

This dishwasher replaced the one that came with out home and it gets the job done but I do miss the child lock feature my previous one had
