Have only used a few months, not dissolving detergent and cycles are way to long

I was very happy to find a dishwasher in my price range & one that matches my other appliances - cream. The operating features are simple & easy to understand. The dishwasher runs very quietly.

Decent dishwasher except for...

We got this dishwasher as an "upgrade" when the brand new one that came with our new house had a crack in the tub, and leaked.
3 years later and the entire bottom rack is rusted out. I've never had this happen in 40 years of adulthood. Very poor quality.
