Love the top buttons and how quiet it is

Lost power and won't work

This dishwasher was purchased about 1.5 years ago, and only used 6-7 times. Like Karen524 below (posted 7 months ago), each time the cleaning cycle was done the beep would alert, but then every few hours it would continue to beep like the door was open (or something), and then would lose power. We would have to turn off/on the circuit breaker. Now it won't power-up at all. We have tried the circuit breaker several times (waiting 30 seconds before turning on again), and have tried to reset the beeper pushing the Heated Dry pad 5 times in 3 seconds. This is very sad to purchase an appliance that only works a few times, especially since we are disabled seniors on a fixed income. We're having increased medical problems and need this device to work more reliably so we can stay in our home as we grow older.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is difficult to load, i.e. prongs are not conducive to to all items, the cycle is super long, and the emblem on the lower front panel makes me think there is a mouse on my floor whenever I turn on the light. sigh
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super loud and takes forever to get a load done

Not sure if this is normal, but our washer is very very loud. It's about the only thing you can easily hear anywhere in our house (3 stories, ~3000 sq ft). So bad, we have to turn up the volume on the TV quite a lot to be able to make it out over the washer. It also takes a very long time to complete a load (and we're not even using the "Sanitize" setting). Typically, this wouldn't be a problem - but because it is so loud, we can't run it at night without keeping everyone up. Also, the bottom rack layout makes it very difficult to get bowls or anything other than flat plates in there.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
