QUIET RUNNING WITH GOOD FEATURES

ONLY THING THAT I DON'T LIKE ABOUT THE DISHWASHER IS THE BOTTOM TRAY AT TIMES IS HARD TO ROLLBACK DUE TO THE UTENSIL TRAY ON THE DOOR. THIS OCCURS ONLY WHEN THE BOTTOM DRAW IS FULLY PACKED

Replacing a 15 year old failing unit from another brand, I quickly noted there were more features and operating modes with GE than other brands. Concerned I was trading off features for quality, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Consumer Reports had rated GE in the top three for reliability! Installation was straightforward and took about two hours (I was being very thorough and deliberate). I think I had more noise insulation on my old model, but this one still seems quieter. For those who have noted it didn't dry as well, I would check your water temperature, or let the dishes "sit" a little while to allow more evaporation time; I don't think it's excessive.
I've had it installed for less than a day, but I'm pleased with the capacity, layout flexibility, and fit-and-finish of this unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features & features, but stumbled to start

Great looking dishwasher. The racks provide great loading options. The installation was pretty straight forward. We followed installation instructions to the letter. The first unit I purchased suffered a catastrophic failure. The seal around the pump area failed. The frustrating part was this unit was to replace a unit that sprang a water leak. I had already cleaned up water damage once this week. We were willing to take a chance that it was an isolated issue. We swapped the unit with the retailer and installed the same unit. The test load is running now, but I am happy to report no leaks (so far).

I just purchased this dishwasher and have really loved from day 1. The installation was very easy. It cleans and dries the dishes really well. I put my dishes in and they come out looking brand new. I am very pleased and impressed by the quality of this product. The price of this unit is extremely low compared to what it can do and other products out there.

Replaced Original GE Dishwasher With This One,Old Dishwasher Lasted 14 Years And Was Still Going Without Any Repairs.New Dishwasher Is Very Quiet,Easy To Install.Cleans Everything Very Well.Very Happy With This Purchase.

I've only used it a couple times and so far, ok. Big complaint.....came with all kinds of info for installation but nothing for loading and everyday usage, i.e., came with 2 parts for interior use with no instructions or possible ways to use; can't even figure out where to attach them. I went online, as suggested--a few pictures which aren't useful. Yes, I've had many dishwashers and I know how to load one but each one has it's own unique features. More info would be helpful.
