Just installed ourselves 2 days ago, some difficulty attaching the water supply. The plastic water pump "garden hose" connection is so poorly engineered we had to completely remove it to attach the 90 degree fitting {that we had to buy} or we had a water leak.
I would recommend this to a friend!

ONLY THING THAT I DON'T LIKE ABOUT THE DISHWASHER IS THE BOTTOM TRAY AT TIMES IS HARD TO ROLLBACK DUE TO THE UTENSIL TRAY ON THE DOOR. THIS OCCURS ONLY WHEN THE BOTTOM DRAW IS FULLY PACKED

Replacing a 15 year old failing unit from another brand, I quickly noted there were more features and operating modes with GE than other brands. Concerned I was trading off features for quality, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Consumer Reports had rated GE in the top three for reliability! Installation was straightforward and took about two hours (I was being very thorough and deliberate). I think I had more noise insulation on my old model, but this one still seems quieter. For those who have noted it didn't dry as well, I would check your water temperature, or let the dishes "sit" a little while to allow more evaporation time; I don't think it's excessive.
I've had it installed for less than a day, but I'm pleased with the capacity, layout flexibility, and fit-and-finish of this unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features & features, but stumbled to start

Great looking dishwasher. The racks provide great loading options. The installation was pretty straight forward. We followed installation instructions to the letter. The first unit I purchased suffered a catastrophic failure. The seal around the pump area failed. The frustrating part was this unit was to replace a unit that sprang a water leak. I had already cleaned up water damage once this week. We were willing to take a chance that it was an isolated issue. We swapped the unit with the retailer and installed the same unit. The test load is running now, but I am happy to report no leaks (so far).

Excellent Dishwasher!!!!!!

I just purchased this dishwasher and have really loved from day 1. The installation was very easy. It cleans and dries the dishes really well. I put my dishes in and they come out looking brand new. I am very pleased and impressed by the quality of this product. The price of this unit is extremely low compared to what it can do and other products out there.
