I'm a big researcher when it comes to this type of purchase and had a difficult time trying to find what I wanted at a price that my husband would agree to. The only sacrifice I had to make for this machine was the plastic tub instead of stainless steel but that is unimportant to me now. I love the hard food processor, the easy to remove filter, the steam feature, the placement of the silverware basket, the drying element, and the special holders on the top rack for chopsticks, wine stems and other random items. The top rack is adjustable to accommodate larger items. The most surprising nice feature is how quiet the machine is. The sales associate asked me if I was sure that wanted this machine because it it loud but I assure you that it is not. The dishwasher looks nice with our other GE appliances and feels solid/well-made and is such a great value for everything that you're getting.

We bought this model due to our previous dishwasher of 10 years dieing. It is very quiet. The wash cycles are quick too.

We have had the dishwasher less than a week and I'm already in love. It is so quiet, and gets the job done quickly! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
