Very nice player to own. My player, in general, works megnificently well; however, I am expecting further software improvents in near future.

This unit has a nice display with a 4K TV however the reshresh is SLOW!!! Why do the quick buttons continually change? I have had 3 Rokus within 3 months and all have different quick buttons.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great 4K resolution. I have had 5 Roku devices. They are all easy to use. I no longer subscribe to cable. Everything I watch is available.

A bit disappointed

My Roku was installed a mere 3 days ago and initially I was excited to install channels so easily. However, last night my husband and I were watching a show and it cut off in the middle. We had to reboot Roku, start again and had to watch from the beginning. This happened on the History Channel, the Smithsonian and one other. We went back to a series on Netflix and were able to watch the show without interruption.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
