I love the features!

I've owned Roku 3, Amazon Fire and now the Roku 4. Primary features that swung me over to the Roku was the compatibility with the Ray Super Remote, the earphone jack on the remote and the "find me" function.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We just purchased this and our only regret is that we didn't purchase it sooner. We could have saved so much money on our cable bill and this has way more channels.

I bought this as an additional unit. I have an older model and thought I knew what to expect. I was wrong. The Roku4 gave better picture. So glad I purchased it.

It's a good product. But still need lot of improvement. When I type something to search on roku app it doesn't show on TV. Still need to type from roku remote. Select every character that sucks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very intuitive operating procedures

I purchased the Roku 4 several days ago after my Apple TV box went down for good. Bought a new Apple Box (the latest version) to replace it and found it difficult. THAT RIDICULOUS SLIDING FINGERS SYSTEM IS IMPOSSIBLE!!! I brought it back and got a Roku 4 which I set up approx. 4 days ago. It was intuitive to both set up and operate. So far, so good.
2. I would also like to give credit to your telephone rep., ( believe his name was "Renot". He was able to answer most of my answers in a friendly, intelligent manner Although I am still not sure how long a film rental thru Mgo lasts; is it 1 playing, 24 hours, 48 hours, unlimited plays for time? This man was most helpful.
3.The remote headset idea through the hand control is absolutely ingenious. It is almost impossible to find a wireless add-on that actually works. Why not make one that will work with all my components (cable box, etc.) THIS IS WHAT MADE THE SALE
4. MOST IMPORTANT; More printed set up and operation material printed in a manner that can easily be read by all, not like instructions on the back of a medicine bottle. Your current set up assumption is that all your customers have the TV and the computer in the same room, or can easily move them around. Not so.
*please note that i never give a perfect rating to anything as there is always room for improvement.

most move channels cost money to watch
