Much Better But........

I 've got Rokus from 2012 when I first cut the cord. I have added Roku 4 within the last month . It works well with most streaming programs but there are major issues with the Roku 4 while using Playstation Vue. You don't have access to the Vue guide or the Vue DVR feature. I've searched the net to try and get an idea when Roku will update their product to include these features thru software updates but cannot find anything from Vue or Roku that addresses this issue, only complaints by users.

Great features poor quility product

Only worked for a week, started to heat up and then it turned off. Had to return it and did not get another one.

Simply Great!

I now own three Roku players. A Roku 3 and two Roku 4's and I am very satisfied. The 4 delivers incredible quality to my 4K UHD TV. Everything is easy to use and easy to set-up. The only thing I don't like is the way some channels insert commercials without regard to context of the program. Still...Roku is a great entertainment value!.

As a owner of 3 other Roku boxes, I was very familiar with the quality and functionality of the older units. I decided to purhase the Roku 4 because of the newer features.....faster processor and 4K TV capability. I have been very impressed with this new updated product in every way.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had the Riki for a week
And it stopped working.
When I picked it up it was very hot.
I was really disappointed. I did love it when it was working.

We bought our first Roku 4 years ago. When we decided to start the process to get off the expensive cable bus, we bought a new Roku for our primary T.V. While there are occasional buffering experiences with channels, the Roku itself works as described and we are pleased with it. We just wish FOX would get on the streaming boat.

Great product

I was replacing an older Roku 2 device. I don't have a 4K TV but I chose the Roku 4 so that I might not have to upgrade in the future if I upgrade my TV. I really love the device with only exception. I liked the old GUI interface more than the new one.
