Very Fast and easy use.

Videos load very fast.I taught my 4 and a half year old how to use it to watch his cartoons and he loves it also. I don't watch cable much since I have a Roku

I've been through several iterations of streaming players from WD and sling and TiVo, but this is the best. The only possible improvement would be to expand the video codecs that it recognizes on the Ian drive. I would love to be able to use VOB files ripped from my. Dvd collection. Now I'm having to convert them to MP4. Otherwise at least a perfect 10. Maybe an 11.

Owned a Roku 3.The most important feature for me is the ease of streaming PM .The Roku 4 is amazing and it's use with a Plex channel is great.

Good Device. Sling TV app is very "iffy" though...

The ROKU 4 is great. All apps work very well on it. Looking forward to changing how I watch TV. I was really looking forward to using Sling TV on it though so I could stream "live" TV. The Sling TV app is very problematic though with freezing, buffering issues.

Works great like the digital out put so I can connect to my receiver. Also got sling good to have ESPN. Now no cable don't have to put up with yearly increase. Have antenna, Roku,Netflix and Hulu

Best Streamer only 1 issue

First the good: I love Rokus!! I now have 4 Rokus...ROKU 2...ROKU 3 AND 2 ROKU 4s! I always recommend this steamer over any other brand! Now the bad (minor)...that darn microSd! I never used it...except when Roku 3 advised me to use it due to having too many channels loaded.. so I loaded a good brand of 8 GB...it clicked...did not work....tried again different card...clicked...did not work....Advice was to make sure it is in all the way....pushed it in...did not work and stuck inside machine...gave up and bought a Roku 4. Used different brand....clicked. ..did not recognize card...pushed it in...disappeared and tried to use another microSD to dislodge the one that is in the ROKU 4....now I have 2 microSd stuck in my ROKU 4! Even though the ROKU 4 functions correctly. ...I could not stand it....so I bought another Roku 4.. using the same brand that is stuck in the old Roku 4 (2 weeks old)...and it worked the 1st time after the initial "click"! I'm happy now...I just have a Roku 4 as a spare...not sure if it is returnable since it was bought from roku through Amazon....the good roku 4 was purchased from best buy! I still love roku. ..just the issue with the microsd!

Blazing fast!

It supports 802.11ac and is blazing fast.
I have 200MB plan and this Roku 4 can load movies instantly. I love it.
