The Roku 4 works great so far, the Roku stick i bought is already not working though and i have only had it for 1 month.

I bouht Roku 4 2weeks ago and I am loving the picture quality is amazing in general every little bit of it is amazing. I have recommended to all of my friends and family.

Recently bought both Apple TV Gen 4 and the Roku 4. I must say the features and the apps of the Roku are superior to the ATV especially for a UHD 4K content. Only weaker area is the voice control. Apple's Siri is much more user friendly. Looking forward to new Roku update for tracking favorites though.

I have only began to explore my new roku 4, but so far it has been everything I was looking for to replace my satellite service with. Installation was easy and there is plenty of available content to keep you entertained.

worked good at first. I have had the unit 2 plus weeks and have had to reboot every couple days because the picture get blurry. not sure why

Better Than Apple TV

First I bought Apple TV, more expensive than Roku4. What I found was that more expensive does not mean better product. For me, Apple TV was not too user friendly. It has limited features when wanting to stream from its very limited apps streaming base. Got frustrated with Apple TV after 2 hours of still trying to figure how to work it's UI. Next day I took back the Apple TV, bought the Roku4 and pocketed the extra cash I saved from the return of the Apple TV. I should have bought Roku before the Apple TV but a friend told me to try it out and claimed it better. Never listen to your friends all the time. I already had a Roku3 for the bedroom and works great. The Roku4 was very simplistic as my 11 year had it up and running within 15 minutes. Roku4 has much more apps to stream and the new remote control makes it easier to get to my favorite channels like Netflix and Sling. Now I recommend the Roku to all my friends, even those who have Apple TV.

Upgraded to the 4 for the 4K. Have a few problems setting it up. For some reason it would not let me choose the language. Stuck on French. After unplugging several times to reset finally worked. It works great just like the previous models. Thanks for a great streaming experience.

1st R4 had pairing problems gazillions and returned. Then 2nd R4 is fantastic 100% awesome. So that is my small data point. Cheers Roku. They will fix new product gitters. Chas
