A well engineered device!

I own two (2) ROKU 4 devices. I also own earlier models that retired in my closet.
One (1) unit had a problem which was replaced by ROKU (no cost at all to me). It's problem was the remote would not stay in touch with the base unit.
Aside from that, the ROKU device is an outstanding engineered device.
Kudos to the entire streaming engineered industry as well. Sorry, I had to say that, I'm an engineer!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really love my ROKU 4 they sent me an e-mail saying ROKU 4 was out and I should check it out and I did and I love the voice search it works extreamly well I like the remote find to although I will never need it but still nice feature,and I especially like the headset for the ROKU 4 now I can't bother anyone by having the volume to load so from 1 to 10 I would give it an 11

Purchased to acomidate my direct tv. It quickly replaced it! Picture quality it top notch. I subscribed to almost all pay channels, still less than half of dtv bill. Will soon get digital antenna for locals. Much more personal selection with roku. Everyone will do this in the future! Happy with my roku selection.

Great 4k ability

Bought this about a week ago, great product. Easily find 4k content plus hundreds of other channels. Plug into wall and TV connect to wifi and boom you are done. I use Bose headset plugged into the remote for watching movies at night while others are sleeping and that works really well. Overall great product.

Easy to set up and use

This is the my second Roku,I have a Roku 2 and now the Roku 4.My second purchased a 4K 55" Samung HD TV for me and I purchased the Roku 4 to use with it..It works really well and I love it!!!

Good features but has some crash issues

Bought this three days ago. When scrolling through options if often crashes and I have to start over. Also, voice recognition is sketchy. When setting up, the website crashed for a dew hours.

It's ok

The device seems faster than my Roku 1. I like the fact that I can connect directly to the Ethernet as my WiFi signal is weak in the basement. The headphones in the remote is especially nice when my 6 year old gets up early and wants to watch TV in her parents bed. The remote control signal is nice and has been used a few times after the cleaning service has been at my house. We did have to return the first Roku 4 as the HDMI connection stopped working. I do wish Roku has free access to CBS and access to ABC. I have this via Plex on my Media Server so I can still get these channels via Plex but would be nice to access directly via Roku.

I just bought a new TV and now have two. I bought the Roku because it handles 4K and the new Apple does not.
