We haven't found all the "free" shows yet! Seems like what we want to watch requires a subscription!

Exception performance with slow DSL.

Saddled with minimum strength DSL streaming has always been a challenge. Used many strategies to adapt and integrat the down time as buffering froze the screen. But many items I could not eve sign in to any service.
ROKU 4 has changed all that . it's powerful processor and other updates have lead to hours and hours of uninterrupted viewing....let me shout that out again HOURS and HOURS OF UNINTERRUPTED VIEWING.
DSL speed is never any better than 2.32 MPS.
PREFORMS AMAZINGLY.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Better than the new Apple TV 2

I originally bought the new Apple TV 2 and returned it for the Roku 4 Glad I did! Way more apps and 4K streaming!

Roku 4 setup

Reason for my choice of Roku 4 is because it has optical output. The setup was relatively easy, found of plenty of channels, they stream fine....until I tried to play my own media files.

Upgraded my main Roku unit. The former was a Roku 3, a very good model. The new one, Roku 4, worked flawlessly with my LG 4G TV. The Netflix app is faster than the native LG one. The Media Player are able to play the 4K content I created and stored in my NAS. Just waiting to buy another Roku 4 to replace the one in my bedroom.

Very happy with the new Roku 4

I had Verizon Fios for awhile now with the Roku 2 but it loaded very slow. Now I change my service to Time Warner and it loads right away. Much faster than before. Plus the Roku 4 has much more features which is a plus.
I would recommend this to a friend!
