I already have a Roku 3 upstairs but wanted a second device for downstairs. I saw the 4 and picked it up. It is great and the entire family is enjoying it.

Just got the Roku 4 for Christmas. Plugged it in and was watching a movie in a couple of minutes. Love all the features including voice searching. Nice to listen to music, watch movies and even live TV!

Easy Set-Up!

Christmas present to my wife. Loving it so far. Took advantage of the inside savings deal and got Sling for 2 weeks free. Could use a tool to test the speed of your internet which would help whether you can watch live without buffering...

Picture quality is excellent.
One MAJOR FLAW--Can turn power off in settings but neither unit nor remote has an on/off switch. So if you save energy by turning unit off you must remove power plug and reconnect to start up again. A real problem when unit is in equipment cabinet.

Smoooooooooooooooooth and easy to operate. Overall, big improvement.
Downside: cannot turn off the unit. Generates heat and white noise.
