Easy Set Up! Great Features!

I bought my Roku 4 a few days ago. Since we have a package: phone, TV & internet service, I wasn't sure if hooking my Roku would be difficult or not. We discovered it could be hooked up via wireless connection. That simplified the whole process. We just changed the TV setting from HDM1 to HDM2 and we were up and running. Most of the channels I chose various ministry channels, a few movie channels and new channels. I am excited to get to watch things I normally miss because I am working.

Easy to navigate

Cut the cable last month, bought a Roku 4 & Amazon Fire TV, returned the Fire TV and bought another Roku 4, 3 antennas & an AC Ethernet kit. Even with the cost of equipment and Hulu+ for a year I'm saving $450 for the first year and over $800 the 2nd year. Got to love that.

So initially I gave this a higher review and was pleased however this time I am not pleased. I had to replace one of my rokus after only 3 weeks because the heat sink fan bearing went out. Not ok

I LOVE MY ROKU 4

I was so tired of paying for cable and having to deal with terrible customer service and the same movies over and over while have to pay amazingly high costs. So I ripped the entire system out and bought a Roku 4. I am so glad I did. I will never go back to cable or a satellite system.

I was little intimidated at first without an on and off button but once I got it set up and going, found it easy to use. I'm using it on wifi network and so far so good!

A Leap of Faith that paid off

I'm a big tech guy, bottom line. I bought the very first Roku that came out and changed the industry. To be honest, I was not a fan. So I used a mish-mosh of different solution for my media needs.
Fast forward to the present and I was searching for a media solution to my 5 TV's in the house that streamlined my "mish-mosh". 4 Different Options - Chromecast, Apple TV, Nvidia Shield, Roku. Strictly looking at features and compatibility Roku outweighed them all. Looking at channels and contect, Roku also outweighed them all (Amazon Instant Video).
Now it was all about execution. I bought one Roku 4 for a trial run. Boy was I blown away. It was fast, content rich, and bug free. Needless to say, I bought 4 more.
Keep it up Roku! You have a lifelong customer.
