unexpected cat5 port doubles my speed

I was a Roku 2 owner until now (I may use it downstairs) I bought this mostly for speed improvements. It starts up a little slow when selected by my Onkyo but, seems to be about 4 times faster than the 2. The speech recognition seems to work well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product. However please include better instructions on how to set up sound through a 5.1 dd receiver. Roku 2 was easy. This wasn't.

I got the Roku 4 as a Christmas present this year. No more streaming from the TV! No more Audio Return Channel! No more hassle! I love this device. The channel selection is amazing. The amount of free content is amazing. Just an all around fantastic device!

I am a long time user of the Roku 2XS, I've had it for many, many years and it has worked out very well for my wife and I. I thought it would be great to upgrade to the new Roku 4, but every since I have gotten this thing set up, there has been nothing but problems after problems. The Roku 4 has connectivity issues when it comes to the internet.. you need the internet in order to use this device since it is a streaming device.. it is nearly useless! This thing will be going back to the store and I will be purchasing the Roku 3 instead, I've heard that more people have better success with that one over the Roku 4.. which is sad.. I thought with better specs that the 4 would be better. There are too many bugs that need fixing with this machine. Please, don't waste your money. They need to do more work on this machine to make it run better. Go for the older Rokus for now until they get the kinks worked out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
