I was very skeptical of this thing called streaming, but I was ready to cut the cable.
I made the decision even though I had to pay for a disconnect with Direct TV.
Very Happy with my Roku.

The older model Roku are better!!

I must admit I only used it 1 day, but in that time I had to unplug it twice to stop it from scrolling down and to the left at a rapid speed without me even touching it. Also, I dislike that the "ok" button isn't in the center of the arrow keys. The voice functions is not available within some of the apps so what's the point. My 4K smart tv gives me 4K apps. I really don't see the value of the Roku 4. Returning it and getting the cheaper model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is our second Roku, We have the 4 in our living room and a 3 in our bedroom. I really like how easy it is to setup and use.
