Noticeably better performance

I jumped from an older Roku 3 to the new Roku 4 with some hesitation, based on what I have read from various reviews and on-line sources. While there is certainly not a huge difference in quality and stability, there IS a noticeable difference in smoothness when using the GUI. The voice search is fun and very effective to use overall. Bottom line: The step up was absolutely worth it!

For a long time, I have looked for something like this at a decent price, and now I've found it. Interface is smooth and awesome. Tons of streaming options. Remote is responsive. Video quality translates well. Is one of few devices that supports nhl.tv. It definitely fulfills my needs as a non-cable TV buyer.

Just set this up and have screaming fast wifi, but find the Roku still buffers a lot which is very annoying. I have used Amazon and have not had this issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You will never regret using roku. Had to take Apple TV back, hate it... After roku not able to use any other player. Great product... Highly recommended... User freandly...
